I had to build a rough 3d model of San Fran a bunch of years ago (pre-Google Earth) for a movie project, and after modeling the skyscrapers downtown for days, it was such a relief to hit this neighbourhood.
I modeled three blocks, and then copy-paste-copy-paste-copy-paste DONE! :) Huge swaths of the peninsula finished in an afternoon.
